Reservation Policy :

 

At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% is required as a guarantee. The reservation is confirmed once the transfer is received.

The balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.

Tourist taxes are payable additionally on site.

 

Cancellation Policy :

 

Any request for cancellation and modification must be addressed by email.

All reservations are final, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

The booking deposit is never refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival : 100% of the total amount is due to GLOMA AGENCY.

No-show : 100% of the total amount is due to GLOMA AGENCY.

 

Rental Conditions :

 

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited.

The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in. Otherwise, an additional charge may be applied to the client.

It is the parents' duty to supervise their children despite the safety devices in place.

The pool is not monitored.

 

Check-in : 17:00 / Check-out : 11:00

A deposit of €1500 is to be paid by check or bank transfer upon arrival.
