Reservation Policy :

 

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required as a guarantee. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the transfer.

The balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.

Tourist taxes are subject to an additional payment on-site.

 

Cancellation Policy :

 

Any cancellation or modification request must be sent by email.

All reservations are final; we advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation within 45 days before arrival : 100% of the total amount is owed to GLOMA AGENCY.

No show : 100% of the total amount is owed to GLOMA AGENCY.

 

Rental Conditions :

 

Pets are not allowed.

The property is not suitable for children or persons with reduced mobility.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

The house must be returned in the condition it was in at check-in. Otherwise, an additional fee may be charged to the customer.

It is the responsibility of parents to supervise their children despite the safety devices in place.

The pool is unsupervised.

A security deposit of €3,000 is required by the owner, payable by cheque or bank transfer. In case it is insufficient, this amount does not constitute a limit of compensation and may instead be increased to cover all damages caused in the house.
